Great location in busy, vibrant part of city. Small pool on roof would be great to refresh in after a hot day seeing the Alhambra (but weather not quite hot enough on our visit)
Room facing street a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was ample but not very inspiring
Very plesant and friendly staff in a hotel that was suitably located to visit the main sights
comfort and lovely swimming pool and relaxation area
Excellent hotel and great value for money. helpful staff and great parking directly under the building - done valet style so you need to get all your bags out first. Nice clean room and good value restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast and i recommend you book with breakfast included. great location in the city for shopping and walking around. Quet rooms.
Not the easiest hotel to find. Would recommend a good GPS if you are driving.
Quiet and peaceful although a little far away from the palace.
the lift is too old and make me feel uncomfortable when it stops
We were very pleased with the hotel; it's location was very good - we could walk to various attractions easily, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately a group of unruly school children stayed at the hotel on our last night and were very noisy. However, when we complained to reception at 1.00 am, steps were immediately taken to restore peace and quiet.
the hotel was in an excellent location, the room was massive and had a luxurious bathroom, we got a great nights sleep each night and the staff were very helpful and always very friendly
It is very easy to reach the hotel by car, because it is not far from the motorway. On the other hand, you can easily walk to the city center and even to the Alhambra. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel personnel is very helpful. They even anticipate on possible questions.
If you leave your car in the hotel garage, it is difficult to get in it because the hotel is parked by a voiturier. So you can not really get into your car if you forgot a small thing.
Good location, value for money; restaurants, tapas places and shopping area near. Car parking at the garage excellent. Pool was small, but that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Our children liked it. Frindly and helpful staff at reseption.
The location is great for walking into the heart of Granada city centre and good value for money. People on Booked.net has lodged less than good reviews which I truly cannot understand as we both felt the hotel was absolutley fine.
The hotel seemed to attract groups of teenagers presumably on history and cultural field trips. We had to complain to the adult leader of aparty of spaniards where were bangind doors, shouting and taking over the pool in a reckless manner. On another day the hotel was populated by a sizable contingent of Americans however they were much better behaved. None of this is the fault of the hotel itself the staff for which were more than helpful and pleasant.
The hotel was very convenient for our purposes. The room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was always helpful and I especially appreciated the fact that there were no hidden fees when I checked out! The final price was within a few Euros of my reservation price.
The only complaint is that there was only one chair for 3 people. This is not a big deal and we did have a triple but I would have liked to had the option of possibly paying a bit more for a bigger room.
friendly staff, very good position to visit the city
Having the family room with 2 twin beds and one double bed was great. We were on a high floor away from the street and it was quiet. Having a refrigerator was helpful and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck. The hotel is not on a tourist street, but it is less than a 5 minute walk to areas with lots of places to eat, sightsee, or shop. This made the hotel quiet but convenient.
The hotel had lots of tour groups who gather in the lobby early each morning for travel to Alhambra and other sights. This didn't bother us at all because of being on the top floor, but I can imagine that a room on floor 1 or 2 might be loud. Ask for a high floor (3,4,5).
The hotel is centrally located. We arrived on a sunday afternoon and parked right outside though they did say we could use their car park. The kids loved the littel pool on the roof which was great place to chill out for a small amount of time before heading into town. Easy walking distance to the centre and the bars. As a family we had a 4 bed room which was fine and the air con worked fine too. We left at 7.30 am to go to the Alhambra on the monday so grabbed an early breakfast which we paid €21 euros for 4 of us for which was good. There are lots of local cafes if you wished to grab something outside though. Granada is a fantastic city, so staying in a hotel is not really on your agenda, so this hotel we thought was great value.
It.was perfect for us. Visiting our daughter in Granada. Excellent location near everything but not in the middle of it. Very clean and quiet. Used by many bus tours but did not feel crowded or overtaxed. Great staff. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Would book this hotel again without hesitation. Great value.
